If you are mailing from another country, it is recommended that you do NOT use the cheapest shipping method as many items do not arrive in time.

We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders whose name submitted in the "personalisation field" may offend the player. Limit of one name in the personalisation field. Pre-Ordering autographed photos in combination with other items in our store will delay shipment of the rest of your order. All orders are subject to the players schedule. Any offer cancelled by the player or Autograph House will be refunded. Sorry, no other refunds on personalised autographs. For international orders, we are required by law to put your full purchase price as the value of the package.
